We follow the guidelines of the National Association of Postpartum Care Services in our hiring, training, and continuing education.

All of our doulas are certified in infant and child CPR and they are highly qualified completing a specialized training program that we offer. All our professionals are covered by professional liability insurance.

We help with breastfeeding issues, answer any questions and concerns about infant care, help with the first bathing, and help the new mother and baby work toward a schedule to make life a little easier.

We also care for the new mom so that she can get some much needed rest in order to recover from her labor and delivery.

Our services include preparing nutritious meals, running errands, and performing light housekeeping. If there are other siblings around we will help care for them too.

After the Stork also offers a very popular night shift that allows mom and dad a well earned uninterrupted night’s sleep.

Experience with Multiples:

For many years we have been working with many families who have twins or triplets. We have gained invaluable experience with multiples, which can be very helpful to families new to multiples.
